Winchester Deputy Zoning Administrator Returns from Iraq

The City of WInchester is excited to report that Aaron M. Grisdale has returned to the City of Winchester’s Zoning & Inspections Department, after having served on active duty in the United States Army Reserves in Iraq for more than a year.

As the Deputy Zoning Administrator, Aaron will once again be responsible for investigating and enforcing violations of the zoning ordinance, and is anticipating involvement in the highly successful operations of the Community Response Team (CRT). We thank Aaron for his service and are happy to have him safe at home.
