Obituary for Della “Sally” Delores Willingham
Della “Sally” Delores Willingham, 78, of Bolivar, WV passed away on Tuesday, September 7, 2010 at Shenandoah Center in Charles Town, WV.
She was born April 6, 1932 in Berkeley County and was the daughter of the late John William Wilt and Clara Palmer Wilt.
She was a retired accountant with Dixie Narco in Ranson, WV. She also was employed at Newberry’s and White’s Grocery in Charles Town, WV.
She was a member of the St. James Lutheran Church in Uvilla, WV.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Calvin Nathaniel Willingham, at home; one son, William Todd Willingham and wife, Kim of Bunker Hill, WV; two grandchildren, Brandon Todd Willingham and Brianna Lyn Willingham, both of Bunker Hill, WV; and one brother, James “Sonny” Wilt and wife, Delvaguine of Martinsburg, WV.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny Wilt, Kenneth “June” Wilt and Henry “Buddy” Wilt.
Services will be held on Friday, September 10, 2010 at 11:00 am at the Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, US 340 at Halltown Road, Charles Town/Harpers Ferry, WV with Pastor Cedric Sullivan officiating.
Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens at Martinsburg, WV.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday and Thursday from 7-9 pm.
