Obituary for Charles Walter Bush
Charles Walter Bush, 83, passed away peacefully on Wednesday evening.
He was born in Winchester, VA and spent most of his life there until 2005 when he and his wife moved to North Carolina to be close to their children and grandchildren.
He proudly served his country in the US Army during WWII and was a dedicated employee of the US Postal Service for 35 years. Charles also provided bookkeeping and income tax services in Winchester for friends and clients for 40 years.
Charles is survived by: Jean Fahrney Bush, his wife of 62 years; his two daughters, Nina Bush Lepore and Diane Bush Mason and her husband, Charles Mason; his three grandchildren, Robert Lusk, Larry Lepore and Rebecca Lepore, all of Fuquay-Varina.
Charles is preceded in death by his son, Dennis Wayne Bush, who passed away in August, 2008.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 7th from 2:00 – 3:00 at Wake Chapel Memorial Gardens prior to the graveside service beginning at 3:00.
